Do what you enjoy doing e.g. listening/singing to your favourite songs, taking pictures…or buy yourself something to cheer yourself up, eat some good food (but just don’t overeat)…or go and search some funny videos on youtube…or write how you feel in your diary/blog…or just talk to a friend or your family members.
